Has anyone every stayed at Dolphin Villa? If so, how is it?

Great location, great place and D.J.(Darrin James)is a super guy. I have stayed there the last two years with friends & family. It has all the comforts of home including a.c.,hot water,t.v.,dining room/living room,kitchen,etc,etc.
Its quiet,secure,clean and 2 minutes to the sea or 10 minutes to Jack Sprats or South Jamm'n.
There is Fishermans plaza a stones throw away for dvd rentals,billards,food,drink,internet cafe,newspaper,groceries and more.
