How is my Grandpa Keith doing? I hope he is feeling better. Please tell him his grandaughter Clara sends him and Grandma Dova love, and I am sending them my grade one school picture in the mail. If someone can tell me how he is feeling that would make me happy.

Thank you,
Clara Mae James

My wife Brad and I visited Mr. Arthur and Miss Idova in mid-October. He had recovered somewhat from his stroke, but still had difficulty speaking and needed substantial physical support. I wish I could tell you he was feeling better, but the hard fact is that he feels his stroke-incapacity a burden for himself and his family.

Thanks Don... I was hoping that you might see this message from my daughter. She is very fond of her Grandpa Keith (as am I), and we have not been able to be in touch for quite some time now. The few times that we have tried to call we have had difficulty getting through. Thank you very much for responding. I feel better knowing that he is at least home with Ma who as always will take the very best care of him.

She has liked me re-reading the parts of your book especially the beginning with her Grandpa and how important he is and has been in the community. (I got it on Amazon.ca in case you are tracking that type of stuff)

Thanks again.

Regards,
Coralie (& Clara)
