I most heartily thank the proprietor of King Fisher Plaza, Oral, for hosting the annual Christmas kiddies treat and the concert held every Christmas Eve at his place. Special thanks also goes out to the organizers, sponsers and decorators who help to make this wonderful occasion a success year after year. Those at home and those visiting from abroad certainly look forward to this treat each year.
I am however requesting that the concert include more items/activities relating to Christmas eg.more Carols, a nativity scene etc and as many people as possible join in and go carolling from one point to the next in the community after 12 midnight. What do you think?

Events are not cheap to run, While everyone in Treasure Beach appreciate and enjoy the atmosphere and the festivity every Xmas, let all contribute or better yet erect a donation box at the stores or at a central location to help pay for the electricity, organisation, gift to the less fortunate of the society and other that are disadvantaged.
Mr. Ebanks had been doing these for sometimes now, and all of us both residence and visitors should make this a remarkable occassion,it is a joy to go on Internet and see all the activities. Some places charge for this kind of activities been held year after year, it put Treasure Beach on world map, apart from been a destination of choice, for people of substance that know about the "coolness" of this S.W corner of Jamaica. I will imagine that, the more money we can collect, vouluntary donation that is, and have in purse, possibly deposit with Jake's or the women oraginsation, the better the even gets. What do you all say?.

i love the xmas concert by the plaza and i think everyone in the community do too, however,i think that that the concert needs a little change of pace.A little more of the christmas season;more carols etc.Caroling after midnight in the community is a great idea-bring back the old days.Love it.The idea of raising funds to help to make it even nicer is great too..I am willing to help, whenever this comes about.home

It would be helpful if the organizers for the Christmas celebration would post a notice informing what type of contributions are needed and who/where to forward them to.

The Treasure Beach Women's Group along with help from many outside contributors organizes the Children's Christmas Party held during the day.

BREDS working with Darin James organize the gospel concert at night.

The massive tree decoration and lighting is funded by Oral Ebanks.
