can anyone tell me the aprox. property tax you would expect to pay on a 1/4 acre without a house on it in the T.B.area

I am paying about $5500 for a piece i have near the sea side no house on it as yet

A Beach Licence will add another J$1,000 for a one-time Application Fee and up to J$6,000 (depending on the size of what might be built there) for the annual Licence Fee. This is new in our area -- but more common in built-up areas. It is being administered and collected by NEPA. This is only for properties which touch the beach.
