You mention the piece of lot is on Old Wharf. What buildings or villas are neighboring the property?
Is it near Mar Blue?
Is it by the boxers house that has been unkept for years?
Can you be specific about its location please?

I have registered title for this lot it is close to the hotel and near houses and close to the beach.Very nice neigherbood.

Why is the specific location, size and price of this Old Wharf property such a secret? I myself is interested in buying properties in Treasure Beach, and have e-mailed for this info several times with no response, whoever is selling could list this info so everyone will know up front if this suits them, this could save time.

I've looked at a couple pieces of property at Old Warf and was told that one of the requirements upon sale was that it be developed within the next 2 years, is that true for this piece?

To all seeking land at old Wharf probably you could try Mr Tony James in Mandeville the last time i spoke to him he told me he still had pieces available he has a real estate office in Mandeville Sterling travel& real estate.
