It would be good to know just who this Reporter is, by name.

Having persons of influence in one's community is always good, so perhaps this reporter could reveal himself/ herself so that we can relate to a name in the paper and know which stories are being written by this person on the community's behalf.

The same would be true for "Observer Reporter" as well.

we are just as curious to know who this person curious is
