I think its time Jamaica had a new National Hero, I have been saying for years that Bob Marley should be made a national hero for the recognition that he brought to Jamaica. Miss Lou should also be made a hero for her life work of exposing the Jamaican culture to Jamaicans. It was Miss Lou that made us realize that Jamaican language is something to be proud of, not broken English as some would have us believe but a wonderful mixture of Many language including English and African Languages. Walk good Miss Lou, and thanks for everything.
