I'm a friend of Hilly's from USA. I just wanted to know if anyone knows him. The last couple of times we've tried to call, all the lines into Jamaica are busy, so I wanted to get the word to him WE MISS HIM and can't wait to see him and the family again! His wife's name is Delcie. Not real sure of the spelling. He has a daughter Allison, and Keron, and a son at home Fitzroy.
