I have been going to treasure beach for alot of years. And have great friendships with the
people from this area. i know what matters the
most to these people are keeping their family
and friends safe. We are concerned on the matters
that are brought forward. We love treasure beach
and want to keep it safe and sound.

All that you say is so true - family is very important. However - it depends on what matters you are referring to. Because one cannot just be concerned about their own family - what about those who do not have a family - what about our surroundings. It's like - if everyone is just concerned about his little corner - what about the outskirts e.g. the drains, the bushes by the roadside, strangers in the community, roads - sometimes we have to agitate for changes and do some of these maintenance ourselves. We as a community have to come together and pressure the necessary bodies at times for things to be done. This is a beautiful community - however one major problem right now is a stretch of bad road by the Pedro Plains Police Station and we are agitating to get it fixed before the upcoming hurricane season - or else persons like you and others will see it and can't get in, or myself and others will be in and can't get out. Life is like that, sometimes if "u waan good u nose haffi run".
