I've always thought that the number of CAPITAL LETTERS and exclamation points!!! used in writing are inversely proportional to the accuracy/intelligence of the message being conveyed.

perhaps it DOES speak to the accuraccy/intelligence of the message. as for me,I can't figure out how to UNDERLINE things on a computer so, in lieu, I use caps--cuz underlining is my favorite way to MAKE A POINT.

MzOtisRegrets, when you want a word underlined use this HTML format... before the word type <u> and after the word type the same thing but with a /U instead...try that, hope it works!!!!
