We will be in Beautiful Treasure Beach over the Easter Weekend. Can anyone tell me of traditional happenings for this weekend? Or of special events taking place for the holiday?

Good Friday and Easter Sunday are typically spent in church. Easter Monday usually sees the beaches filled with folks enjoying the holiday.

The weekend will, no doubt, be filled with bun & cheese!

Bring a fancy hat to wear church. Wear some spring colors. Sit toward the back. Some people enjoy the service from the road. Dye eggs at your guest house and have an egg hunt. Bring/get extra goodies and make some little Easter baskets once you get here to give to neighbors/children. Buy the baskets here.
