We are pleased to have the Treasure Girls back as a powerful team in contention along with approximately six other women's cricket teams belonging to the Jamaica Women's Cricket Association.

The League competition started on Sunday, March 5 with Treasure Girls playing Kingston & St. Andrew at the Great Bay Sports Ground, St. Elizabeth. Treasure Girls were put in to bat after a late start, and with a 45 runs penalty, was dismissed for 139. Tressian Stephenson 39, Paulette Rowe 26. Margret Jones getting 4 wickets.



With 94 runs to win Kingston & St. Andrew was restricted to 66 for 5 at the 6:00 p.m. cut off time. Sandra Clarke made 29. Petagaye Hanson 3 wickets.

A good crowd of cricket fans turned out for this great day in Great Bay.





A beautiful suset was the backdrop to our after match meeting.



The next match will be on Sunday March 12 at the Great Bay Sports Ground with Treasure Girls VS New Berry. This promises to be an exciting match as two of the top teams in the league meet.
