In the past week or so, we've had some postings here on some good topics, such as Black History month and the differences in business methods between Jamaica and other countries to name a few.

While they have been insightful and respectful for the most part, we've also had some postings that we were not able to approve due to violations of the guidelines, which are at the bottom of this message for all to review. And its a shame that some of those messages didn't get posted since they did have valid points.

So here is a reminder to think before you post, be respectful when you do so, and try to bring the level of debate UP, not down with what you say.
