Forgive my ignorance, but when I was in TB in October, I was told that this guesthouse was closed. I stayed at Golden Sands and admired the quieter, cozier look of this pretty house next door, but when I asked along the road, people told me it was no longer a guest house. Not so? Is there someone in TB to contact about bookings, or only via the internet?

We're looking to stay at Treasure Cove Cottage starting Nov 27th for 7nts, already have airfare, have been to JA 10 times at least, and would like to stay in the cottage, needing the 2BR and 2baths, without the cottage. Anyone know how to contact Albert Parchment for reservations?

If not, anyone know where we can find similar place to stay at the same rate? We are a family of 4, parents and our two boys, 19 and 24, who were in Negril during Ivan. We've been to JA at least 10 times, always wanting to visit TB, but this will be our first time, and we're greatly looking forward to it! Irie!

Treasure Trove Cottage..... Yes, a very beautiful place to stay but I have links to a friend that has actually rented this cottage and the reports were that it was very unprofessionally run and not at all like a holiday home but more like the owner's personal property and quite unacceptable as a vacation rental !

My husband and I were in JA we spent 7 wonderful nights at treasure cove cottage. It was beautiful, the gardens were lovely, and it nice to be right on the beach. A very different experience from staying in a hotel. We were very satisfied with the care we got from the ovner/caretaker. We look forward to our next vacation.

We stayed at Treasure Trove Cottage with Coot for 7 nts in early Dec. Fantastic trip - truly a Jamaican experience, with the beach so close to the cottage, and the bar right there, where Coot would cook for for us, even though he lost his restaurant during Ivan. We'd go back in a second, probably forever! Cottage was perfectly set up, with living room and kitchen combined with a view of the sea, and then separate bed/bathrooms, so there was privacy. After having been in Mobay, Negril and other spots on the north coast; this brings you closer to the island you love!!!!
