The good news is each time the road was patched up enough to make it passable in less than 24 hours.

The bad news is, well, the pattern.

For quite some time now, it's been said that MP Buchanan, Minister of Water, was to retire and a well-known local candidate was being groomed to take his place. That designated candidate may now have other interests. Perhaps a sage and reasoned mind like Mr. Moxam whose voice has been heard here would consider representation?
