Oliver's, at Oasis Spa, has now opened for lunch and dinner on the ocean in Bluefields Bay-Belmont on the coast road, about 1 hour or so from TB. The Jamaican chef (of same name) has cooked at the famed NORMA'S , and MOCKINGBIRD HILL hotel in Portie, and recently won both gold and silver medals in an island-wide chef competition.
