Unless someplace new has recently opened, most rentals are from MoBay.Try www.islandrentals.com for inexpensive runabouts -- they're in Negril but will deliver to you at airport on arrival. Try Champagne Car Rentals / Island and Sun Bird also all in MoBay -- or Dharma in Kingston -- and all of whom will have car at airport for you on arrival --easiest/least expensive to rent in MoBay and drive over.

You can rent a car from Waterloo Guest House in Black River, 876-965-2278. Or rent a made in Jamaica jeep type vehicle known as a Cruiser from Maureen at M&D Grocery located in Treasure Beach, 876-965-0070.

Isn't there a place in Southfield ? (Parchment motors) that rents cars.

Maureen at M&D Grocery in Calabash Bay was renting those cool runabout jeeps. However, I don't have a phone number or email for her.
