You can purchase in Black River. Not sure about right in TB.

Patty-- Buy a Digicell cell phone (about us$40) pre-loaded with 'x' minutes for international calls in MoBay on arrival day at any DIGICELL retail store. There used to be a kiosk at airport and they may open a branch store in the future there. But for now, you gotta go in-town. Ask ANGIE about OASIS, since the offline site pages are now 95% ready and are previewable now....

Just go to any Cable & Wireless or Digicel store and you will be able to purchase a phone. The nearest stores to Treasure Beach are located in Black River, Southfield, and Junction.

If you arrive in the day, you can stop at any store you pass coming in from either Montego Bay or Kingston.
