A big thank you to the Treasure Beach wider community for welcoming by students from the University of Illinois at Springfield.  Nine students did service learning projects at:  Sandy Bank Primary (Jackie), Sandy Bank Basic (Jessica and Shemika), God's School (Trish and Lara), Malvern Science Resource Center and area schools (Kevin and Eric) and Treasure Beach Women's Group (Kathy and Barb). Monica and Bert James, Ms. Veda Ebanks, Ms. Julie Myers-Malvern, The Holmes family-Malvern area, and Andeen and Charlie Charlesworth were the host families.

We had a blast a Calabash, Labour Day painting at the TB women's group house, and being out and about.  What wonderful hosts everyone was.  It was topped off by celebrating Jason's birthday at Round Hill.
