Hello. I love your site, it does have great vibes. Just from looking around I can't wait to visit Treasure Beach. We would love to come to Treasure Beach in the summer, but I read under "new in the last 24 hours" that only one villa had time left. Is this so? Generally how far in advance do you need to reserve. We are 2 families of 4 that are looking for pool & beach.

Hi Lourdes,
I am NOT an expert, but I would find that somewhat hard to believe (Unless things have changed drastically from last year).
We were there last July, and plenty of Villas still had space.
Hopefully, someone will come along with some places for you to check out.

I would suggest looking throught the "Where to stay" section of this site and finding a couple of villas that fit your needs. Then email or call to find out about available dates.

That's true of Calabash Literary Festival week/weekend (28/29/30 May when there's not much available -- the only property we know of with pool/beachfront/large enuf for 8 that's still available for the last week/weekend of May is THE BUCCANEER) -- but not true for rest of summer, depending on villa.

For 2 families/8 guests for a villa beachfront with pool, the following properties may have availablities:

UNFORGETTABLE/Fort Charles;
HIKARU,RAINBOW TREE, THE BUCCANEER/Billy's Bay; SPARKLING WATERS/btw.Frenchman's and Billy's Bay; MAR BLUE VERANDAH/Old Whare (rentable also as an entire private villa with 5 suites.Many ookings for July and August often come in a year ahead of time, esp.from repeat guests.

Sorry for all the confusion. Ital Rest is advertising a special rate for a one week stay to try and promote business as the summer months tend to be the slow season. They are not saying they just have one week left, but if you rented for a week stay you would receive this special discount which would not be available if you stayed less than 7 nights.

As for Calabash Festival, Villa Ja Ja also has availability for a minimum booking of 4 nights. Check out their ad for more details.
