Thanks to all your contributions, the clean-up continues with the lights being restored to Frenchman's Beach, and reconstruction of the Women's Group house will begin on the 27th and continue for eight days.
Patti Shannon, the US Peace Corp Worker who has been helping the Women's Group, sent me a note about the Women's Group craft house. She is having trouble accessing the internet in TB, so I will pass on some high lights:
The new house will have a larger meeting room/workshop and add two medical exam rooms for visiting medical professionals. It's going to be almost three times the size of the original building. Five professional builders from Florida have offered to donate a week of their time, starting at the end of November. The Women's Group have been collecting the building materials, so they can be ready in time.

Good people in Charleston, South Carolina have -- through fund raisers -- added nearly $1,200 more to what's been received by Treasure Beach Foundation. Led by Darlynne Pecorelli, the contributors included:
* A Dough Re Mi
* Darlynne and Harry Pecorelli
* Erin and Edwin Kosak
* Justalison Management
* Liquid Assets of Charleston
* Terry Manier, Jr.
* And a host of others who contributed cash during the fund raisers.
Thanks to all of you for caring enough to help.
Another donation (from my sweet mother-in-law), Laura Kennedy.
This brings donations to Treasure Beach Foundation to nearly $20,000 -- far more than I ever anticipated! (And, I am a very optimistic person.)
