there is supposed to be a place thatīs called Ashanti or something like that. If so, does anyone know this guest house , is it any good, is it self catering or do they serve food and Iīd like to have an idea how expensive they are...?

Ashanti has rooms ranging in price from $25 US - $40 US per night. Some have private kitchen. You can arrange to have someone cook for you for an additional cost.
