Every time Neil calls us or vice versa our phone clicks off.He thinks we're hanging up on him. If anybody there sees him or is talking with him by cell would you please tell him that it's our phone line, not us. We live out in the country, not in a city, and phone reception is very poor. We love Neil and hope to see him again this winter. Thank you very much if anybody can help.
If you email me Neil's cell phone number at treasuretours@cwjamaica.com I will be happy to call him and explain the situation.
See ya soon!
I have e-mailed you. Many thanks for being our messenger. You and I definitely have to get together when Milt & I come down this winter!
Rebecca
Haven't seen or heard any information on Flagaman. People there are wonderful and I hope they fared this ordeal well. Would love to get information on the Ebanks, Powell and Falconer families.
What a fantastic job this site has done. Your contribution has been invaluable especially to us here abroad and we thank you. God bless.
oh...hi... Sue& Milt, when are you going down this winter ??? Maybe IŽll see you again ?
Kings E, if you give me first names I can try to find out for you. Flagaman District lost many roofs, but again, everyone is okay. The main road has electricity, but as of two days ago 'back Flagaman' did not.
Hi Susi *hug*. We haven't decided on a date yet but it will probably be sometime in late February. We're usually almost frozen solid by then! Hoping to stay a month again and this time travel around the island more.Would love to see you and Uli.
Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for the quick reply, it meant a great deal hearing that the people there in Flagaman are all ok. In particular, I would be grateful to hear anything about the following families:
Carol and Altie Powell
Lenny Ebanks and wife
Miss Viris
Falconer families (by the shops)
And just about anyone else there.
Thanks again, and continue the great job.
I have printed out your msg. Kings E and will see what I can find out for you.
To Kings E;
Miss Viris was not affected by Ivan, however, the rains of Charlie licked out part of her gate and wall and flooded out her entire house. Lots of damage to her furniture.
Falconer families and Lenny and wife are all okay with little damage.
I am still checking on Carol and Altie Powell.
HI King E just to let you know Carol and Altie and all the rest of family is ok . I just spoke to her daughter Natalee she is here in Canada she came after Ivan had pass so she was able to give us a rundown lot of damage to houses but thank God no life was lost no damage was done to Carol or Lenny house.Ebanks
Rebecca,
Thanks for getting my message out there, and thanks to "neighbour" who provided me with the information I needed. Just goes to show again how invaluable this site is and the great job you are doing. Thanks again.
