Sally and Richie Johnson are holding a dinner on March 14 at Junie's Place, Billy's Bay. The menu is chicken, pork, or fish.
Proceeds are in aid of Richie's chemotherapy treatment.
Come one and all!
I had the pleasure of meeting Richie this morning. What an inspiring young man. He has 4 more treatments to go and each treatment is $370,000 JA ($3,250 US). He has had several treatments already and the doctor says he is progressing well.
This is a very difficult time for Richie and his family. But he feels with the help of God, his family and friends he knows he will make it through.

Hi Rebea i am so proud of you. You're suh a great asset to T.B keep up the great work.Who is this young man related to?
Many people have been helping this man because it became painfully obvious that enough money could not possibly be raised though the dinners his wife was holding. The donors are community residents, visitors, and owners of area guest accommodations and businesses.
I urge you to get in touch with Rebecca ASAP to do what you can to donate what you can to try to save this man's life.
Even $10 would be appreciated.
Yes, the funds are being carefully administrated, and not one cent is going to waste or being diverted.
Ritchie is such a lovely man! I know the generous Treasure Beach family will do what they can to help.
