We bow our heads and pray to Jah For the beautiful people of Jamaica To survive and be safe

We pray for not a loss of even one life For houses to hold strong and the land be spared And for Jah's mercy to protect from Ivan

We pray for safety of families, friends, boats and crops We ask Jah to keep safe those that we know and love, and protect those friends in JA that we haven't yet met.

Jah hold your arms around the Jamaica we love And all those that we love in Jamaica.

Let the tears that fall, replace the rains And the breaths of fear and wonder replace the winds

And Jah- remind us all that property and items are nice to have, but what matters the most is what is within ourselves and our hearts, and you are the protector of us.

Jah, we love you and thank you as we lean on you and call out your name during our times of fear and pain. We trust you will answer our prayers

I had the pleasure of being in treasure beach a few years back. I was astounded by the wonderful hearts of everyone I met. The beauty of your country pales in comparison to the true beauty of your people.

Thank you seatheworld for such a wonderful, prayer. I pray that all of our prayers are heard for the people and place we love in our hearts-Jamaica. Even as I spoke to my Treasure Beach friends yesterday, the spirit and strength was strong. I am sure it will carry them through this.

Has anyone spoken to anyone from TB this morning? I've heard that the area was hit a bit hard. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
