Where is the exact location for the sale?

The house is adjoining Big-ground common (land owned by the Gilpins in Newell). There is a sign "Child Literacy Organization (CLO) hanging at the at the gate. you can't miss.

I have see the signs, right on the main in Newell on the right if you are heading toward Black River from TB, there is a sign in front of a gate for the organization.

If i input 'Mamut's house, Newell' to google maps, will it give me the correct directions?
