For the first time since early May we had some rain this afternoon!!! It didn't last for long, maybe about 30 minutes but it was glorious!

Fingers crossed for some more just like it tomorrow.

We got a very small sprinkle - not even enough to wet the ground but we are hopeful that this means the drought may be broken.

Whenever I watch and listen to our weather forecast with all the daily showers and that tropical front out there I pray it would take a dip and head to Jamaica just to give that needed rain the Island needs.
Keep praying, and I'm praying along with you also.

I remembered that Rain water taste different than pipe water. Beacause,Acid rain has entered in.It do more harm than good. What the Ja government should do, is build resovoirs to catch Rain water only. And FILTERS any impurities that enters. Good for J'cans health.

Chlorine is not a GOOD THRIST QUENCHER.Use pipe water for clothes washing, dishes, etc. And Rain water for consuming. BEST of HEALTH for every one.

One country in the news often, is taking this approach. Eating, Drinking, Fruits Trees watering, etc.,WATER PURITY.

Strange but I've spoken to a friend who lives in TB who said that he did not experience any rainfall!

Somewhere between "keeping your fingers cross" and "religion" is the "TRUTH" :>)
I guess it does not really matter, when it begins to RAIN !!
ONE LOVE !!
Mike

Christianity is not a "religion" mikeymike. People have turned it into religion. It was given to be a relationship between man and god, but only those who desire a relationship with god ever find this to be true, generally.it is not a cold lifeless sort of thing that "religion " is.

Hi Beth. It depends on where you are in TB as to how much rain you got. I was in Great Bay yesterday afternoon when we got a small sprinkle. I understand Calabash Bay didn't even get that but Billy's Bay got more. The day I had a good downpour at my yard the folks in Frenchman's barely got any.

Catchment caught 50 gallons.

Every time you pray, plant a tree seed with the request.
