We have a Pop-Up Youth Hostel - a new concept - where we invade a hotel
that does not get much buzz (in this case, the Sea Riv Hotel, down the
road from Little Ochie Seafood Restaurant in Alligator Pond) and we take
over for one weekend with young people, music, discounts on the Little
Ochie restaurant (15% off meals), paddleboating and canoeing on the river,
live performances, jam sessions, DJs, varying genres, having the
opportunity to meet travelers and locals, have an amazing time on the
island and leave having made new friends.
The first Pop-Up Youth Hostel event is March 21 to 23, Friday to Sunday at
Sea Riv Hotel. I would love to get in touch with you guys about offering
younger tourists a chance to come spend a day with us on that weekend, eat
Little Ochie, have delicious cocktails all day, enjoy the beach and river
