Is Maurice still operating his restaurant? He had his vegetable and herb garden out back and I believe his son worked at the Appleton Rum factory. We will be down in February and wanted to eat there again.

Sure is and serving up delicious food! The name of the restaurant is Pardie's and is located right after Junior's fruit stand and the Callaloo Butik.

I was there last week and the food was so good.

We were there yesterday and had fabulous callaloo omelets, Spanish omelet and eggs and bacon. He would love to see you!

Meex, No disrespect intended. We were not sure of his name as it has been 5 years since we have been in Treasure Beach. Just really wanting some more of the delicious food he serves up!

Probably because the spelling of Maurice is a first name and Morris is usually the spelling of a surname!
