At the time of the accident the ambulance was assisting the Black River Hospital which falls under the ministry of health to transport a patient to another institution
I have made my contribution, can any one say if the ministry has contributed to the replacement. It would be very nice if they did.

The ambulance was not assisting the black river hostipal they where transporting the patient for the family so black river hospital and MOH has nothing to do with it.
