Do you know approximately how long it would take to drive there from Montego Bay? I'm interested in going to Pelican Bar when we visit next year.

Between 2-3 hours, depending on severity of potholes along the roads and traffic in MoBay. Usually no more than 2.5 hours. Wherever you stay there is a boat captain that is affiliated with your guest house and will take you to Pelican Bar.
