Could someone tell me whose building and what is the building gonna be used for across from Gilbert Ebanks house next to Moxam house in Treasure beach

There is a building going up across from Gilbert Ebanks house and just across from Betty Moxam white house at the top hill in Treasure Beach, St Elizabeth. Would anyone know if this is a hotel, a motel, private residence or some type of institution. Whose building is it anyway?. Any info will be appreciated.
