Because so many couples have been renting Rainbow Point (even though it sleeps up to six), we have changed our base rate to start with only two people at Rainbow Point. You still get exclusive use of the villa and the pool—plus your own cook/housekeeper and a caretaker/gardener. Rainbow Point sits on nearly 2 acres overlooking the Billy’s Bay fishing beach.

We are not raising the 2014 rates for Rainbow Tree (sleeps up to 10) even though our expenses keep rising. Rainbow Tree’s rates start for a group of four; you get two cooks/housekeepers and a caretaker—plus exclusive use of the pool and all 5-1/2 beachfront acres.

All rates include GCT and any other taxes. Food/drink supplies are additional but are supplied at our cost. Tips are additional.
