I am still writing, but I have about 8 entries up so far so thought I'd share with the board that helped me get ready for this trip.
Here are the first and second posts. What I talk about here is directed mainly to people who don't know what Treasure Beach is about, so humor me?

Really interesting blog, Liz. Thanks very much for sharing.
Question: I am unfamiliar with the "out of place" house you showed in the second post. Does anyone know whose it is or exactly where it is?
That is the log cabin located down Old Wharf Rd. They are selling modular log cabin kits.
Actually, I helped build and lived in a log cabin in the States and I think it makes perfect sense here as it will be very cool inside and should hold up extremely well in a hurricane. I loved my log cabin in New England and think it is a great idea for Jamaica!
I hope it's cool inside, the big glass windows facing the water didn't like they could open, but maybe they do. Just seemed weird to see a style of architecture I strongly associate with very cold places there but I don't judge beyond that
Here is part 3 which is really me answering some detailed questions about TB from a Negril person: http://www.travelsinjamaica.com/2013/05/2a-some-q-on-treasure-beach-from.html
And then the Boxing Match we were so happy to be able to attend!

Added a few more if anyone is interested, scooter rides, Great Bay, Lover's Leap, Gut River, Milk River Baths.
