First up, ackee and saltfish in Jamaica. This savory mix of salt cod, ackee (a fruit related to the lychee), and onions is Jamaica's national dish. It's often served alongside another delicious Jamaican specialty -- fried dumplings. Watch out, those babies are deadly.
...don't forget the seasoned callaloo, a pile of "special order" cod fish fritters, fresh squeezed orange juice and some High Mountain coffee...a soul-satisfying aaahhh!

I haven't had anyone's but Smurf's but I highly recommend them--best food and coffee!
