This is an appeal to the young men who are driving on the roads through Treasure Beach. Driving at 80 - 100 Km per hour is very dangerous.
The obstacle course that we call roads are narrow and filled with pot holes, there is no sidewalks and people have nowhere to walk, except in the path of motor vehecles. There is also the dust problem to consider, especially in these dry times.
Recently my rear view mirrow was shattered, by a motorist {edited by TB.Net} trying to escape a pot hole.
This minor accident occured just beyond the Pedro Plains police station where there is a ridge in the road. It could have been much worse.
I sooooooooooooooo wish there were speed bumps on that road!!
we really need the speed bumps kstein it could save life.
We need SPEED BUMPS.It's dangerous.
i agree a lot of people have no idea about adequate speed for a built up area and they dont understand stopping distances.speed bumps would force people to slow down.
i have often wondered what it would be like to sit a driving test in jamaica compared with the uk.
