Hi! I was wondering for those of us who are health-inclined, could you please share your knowledge of best health food stores in JA (say that carry gluten-free flours such as tapioca, sorghum, rice, and potato flour, rice/almond milks, and non-soy butter alternatives)?

Cheers!

The lack of response probably notes the lack of these provisions locally.....try kingston.....only foreigners ever brought these products when I
lived a yard..................

I just got bsck from TB and noticed there was a health food section in the Supermarket at Crossroads. It was very small, but did have some soy milk etc. Also, there is a white food van that comes to Frenchmans., usually Sat, Miss Sonia sells organic produce from it..I was also able to get organic produce from a local farmer who delivers a food supple weekly for 2000 JD. It was a friend of a friend so i don`t have a name, but Crissy at the TB women`s center knows him. Hope this helps!
