Sixty one years ago, today, I was born in Davenport, Iowa. Eight years ago I was reborn the first time my feet touched the sands of Treasure Beach. Unfortunately, we have been unable to visit Treasure Beach for far too long. My wife, Kim, and I often think fondly and speak kindly of the place and its people.
Some time back I gave a shout out to our friends and acquaintances in TB. At the time, I explained that we had not forgotten, or moved on, but we were looking after my elderly mother and were unable to venture far. My mother just celebrated her 99th year on this planet and she now lives with us as she can no longer care for herself. It is a responsibility I cherish, but it further restricts our journeys. Besides, I have also not been well this past year and await another operation at the end of the month. God willing and the creek don’t rise, I should be almost good as new and be able to return to Treasure Beach when circumstances allow.
We hope that everyone in Treasure Beach had a glorious Holiday Season. Further, we pray that High Season is truly that and profitable for those who need it to be. We miss you all and you remain in our hearts. We hope that we also remain in some of yours.
Respect, Peace and Love,
Kim and Peyton Beals
Peyton, I pray everything goes well for you and your family. Even though we have never met in person, I have enjoyed our communications--and I know what a fine person you are.
All of us here at Treasure Tours are sending you wishes for good health and a complete recovery. Please hail up Kim and give your mom a warm Jamaican chupes (kiss) on the cheek from each of us.
You will most defintely remain in our hearts and we look forward to the day of your return.
All the best in 2013!
Rebecca, Debbian, Nickell, Silvan, Omar, Kevin, Kenny, and Westin.
