I need to rent a car from Montego Bay to Treasure Beach. I am looking at a one week rental any advise/suggestions.

Dhana Car Rentals. If you reserve 30 days in advance they give you a sizeable discount. They pick you up at the airport and take you to their business (about 4 miles east of Mo Bay). I've been renting from Dhana Car Rentals for over 20 years, Mr Dhana is great guy!

They will meet you at the airport upon arrival and just outside of MBJ is their office/fleet

Have used many times no major hassles.

Island Car has great cars, offices in several locations and a very good reputation. It's not the cheapest but I think it is best.
