We are counting the days until we arrive in TB.
As we will be around TB for some time we would like to know where can we purchase fresh caught
fish. Any suggestions.

I just walked over to Calabash Bay where the fishermen arrive in the afternoon with their catch and bought fish right from them.

the seaside is the best place.

Hi Donna, your right..it is all about timing!
I asked the ladies at the "Co-op" (think that is what that is) where the boats come in and had a rough idea what time a boat was coming in and just made sure I was nearby when they did! Worked out good and I was able to have my pick of the catch!
Seemed to be around 3:00 pm or so ..in that area of the day.

If you are going to be in Treasure Beach for a long time it would pay to strike up a relationship with a fisherman and arrange to have him set aside something for you each time he comes back in. That obligation would need to be mutual. That also means you might need to be hanging out on the beach for an hour or two. We have found the fisherman at Billy's Bay beach to be the most cooperative.
