Hopefully instead of having a 5 day delivery as they do in the US, they will have a 5 month delivery in Jamaica. Things there do not get to their destination very quickly to say the least. Don't want any ebay'ers rating to go down!

I don't see why an Ebay registered customer could not sell items on behalf of someone without being an official Ebay Trader. They would have to take responsibility for items, pay promptly and be able to creat a selling page with great images and descriptions. A X% fee would be charged based on the selling price.
