I was just looking at the pictures covering the safe return of the Ocean King. Thank you to person who posted them! They say a picture is worth a thousand words and this is very true in this case. It made my heart happy to see the pictures of the families being reunited.

Thank you DavidJ. I have to say I enjoyed taking these photos so much. I spent hours pon de seaside chatting with friends and catching up. And then to witness the beautiful reunions was most definitely heartwarming. Not to mention how delicious the snapper tasted that Jerry gave me at the end of the day!

I ran into Jerry in Black River yesterday and he wanted me to thank everyone on his behalf for all of your postive thoughts, prayers, phone calls, etc. He was so very touched to know how many persons were wishing he and his crew well.

And, yep, they are heading back out to sea this coming week.
