I'm trying to do some calculations for a solar system.

What's the average price for 1 kW hour of electricity from JPS?
Does it changed based on time of day? Or amount used per month?

Cost is $6.35 US for the first 100kwh then $14.52 kwh after ...billing each 30 days
there are also other charges like fuel and IPP

"Paul" says first 100kwh is US$0.0635 per kWh and then US$0.16 after that (at 90 to 1)

But "Yes I" says $0.40 per kwh, which is a lot more.

Which is right?
