the land space is one rood. (per the title) this term isn't in common use anymore, it translates into approx. 1210 square feet.
The building is two stories tall and takes up over half of the land space.
The building was intitially constructed approx 10 years ago.
The adjacent properties are San Dune villas across the street, a residence to the left, a residence to the right and three houses to the rear.
