Originally I am from the parish of St Mary. My mother spoke gypsy and my sister and I learned gypsy also. I learned the wapa apar yupo dupoiping (what are you doing] and then my mother's friend would speak a very unpopular form of gypsy "walgie algie yulgie dulgie" what are you doing.Jamaicans really speak many languages:English, Patios or Patwa,and even Spanish.We are a multilingual society.Mi a wait fi hear wey oono ha fi say.
