Last month my wife and I walked east along the coastline until we got to Tranquility. On the "where to stay" map, exactly where does this translate to? We stopped at this point but would it have been possible to continue on?

If you were to keep walking you would reach the three beaches (tucked in little coves) that are nearest to Ital Rest and Viking's House on the where to stay map. As you can see from your hike, that is the "quiet" side of Treasure Beach.

Great Bay I think...adn there's a big mountain that comes down to the sea there (I believe Lovers Leap is on top of it) so you have to go around that to walk, can't do it on the beach.

On the map below, look at the pond at the same level as the words Calabash Bay.

Now look to the left of the pond where various roads come to dead-ends. That's roughly where Tranquility Bay is located.
