What if there were an alliance of Jamaica's multiple church ministries, with a percentage of their tithing going towards their precepts of stewardship of the Earth in the practical the use of Solar Energy, backed up by Government incentives?

Would this make sense...as congregants sat in their church pews on a Sunday morning with outstretched palms, beseeching the doves of inspiration to "a-light" upon them... would they feel any better that they were not throwing away their own hard-earned cash?
