This is great news. I really hope this will be a boost to the Black River hospital. For years many of us have referred to it as the "horsepital" and hoped we never end up there. Congratulations to all involved.

Awesome news for St.Elizabeth.There are many benefits that can spring from this project : educational opportunities,health immprovemrnts,foreign exchange,jobs to name a few.The people behind this project should be highly commended.
