If Mr. or Mrs. Seller is looking for serious inquiries, please post your contact information and give a better description of what you want to sell and let people get directly in touch with you.

This is quite intreaguing! Its pretty bizzarre to advertise property for sale with No Address, No Photo, No Price,and no description at all! How many bedrooms does it have? Is there a garden? nice view? Is it livable or in need of renovation etc etc..
If you want to get a good/ fair price you need to generate interest and you need to give details, why be soo secretive?

And how can only seriously interested people reply to your advert if they dont know what it is Exactly that theyre enquiring about.
How many times will you have to explain yourself to email enquireys wasting your time and theirs if what your selling is not what theyre looking for or too big or too small etc....
