Jamaica needs to free the 2 Honduran boats that have been held indefinately. For years, boats caught in other countries waters were held, fined and released. Many Jamaican fishing boats have found themselves in the same situation in other countries such as Honduras and Colombia. Why is it that now the consequences have changed? Allow the owners to pay their fine and return their boats!

I agree.....return their boats ASAP. The fisherman need to provide for their families and can't do so with the Jamaican government causing such a dilema.
